The Master in Integrative Biology of Biodiversity and Conservation (MBIByC Spanish initials for Maestría en Biología Integrativa de la Biodiversidad y la Conservación) trains qualified human resources in the field of the comprehension of the biological diversity and its conservation. This Master is research oriented and arises in response to various needs: First of all, in order to promote the impact of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM) on fundamental issues such as sustainability. It’s a proposal of the Center for Biodiversity and Conservation Research (CIByC Spanish initials for Centro de Investigación en Biodiversidad y Conservación) supported by the Center for Biological Research, the Center for the Biotechnology Research, and the School of Biological Sciences, these last two are part of the Higher Education Division of Natural Sciences (DES CN Spanish initials for Dependencia de Educación Superior de Ciencias Naturales).
